Communication is the key to completing projects successfully. Our customers receive progress reports at regular intervals. Our proactive approach also enables us to inform our customers or partners as soon as we encounter any unforeseen problems.
We are currently developing a separate Intranet/Extranet that will enable our customers and translation partners to track the progress of their projects on a daily basis. Our customers and partners will receive further information as soon as the system has been implemented.
We also have an Intranet site that enables new employees to become quickly acquainted with TechWord and its procedures.
