About SAP and TechWord

TechWord's SAP partner certification was renewed in May 2007 and April 2010.

In 1996, SAP asked TechWord to translate the training material for the Logistics module. Since then, the volume of work has increased and become more diversified. Today, we translate everything from the user interface to technical documentation.

Over time, we have gained in-depth knowledge of SAP's applications and tools. We now translate entire applications such as CRM, SBO, Customer Development, and industry solutions (DI).

We also translate marketing collateral, such as brochures, white papers, and success stories for SAP AG, SAP America or SAP Switzerland.

Our strong partnership with SAP has enabled us to optimize our translation processes while maintaining high quality and respecting deadlines.

We have a dedicated team of ten people who translate documents from German and English into French. We also have a team of highly qualified freelancers that we call on to help us with very large projects.

SAP AG recently implemented a translation partner certification program. In April 2005, TechWord was certified by SAP for the language combinations English/French and German/French.
The certification, which is valid for a period of two years, consists of several steps, one of which is an audit performed at the partner's facilities, and another of which consists of carrying out regular quality checks. Certification was renewed in May 2007 and in April 2010.

TechWord, its organization, and its recruiting, training, project management, and QA processes were carefully assessed and documented. The audit enabled TechWord to demonstrate the quality of its organization as well as that of its internal processes.
